SHIPPING

We offer express international shipping worldwide via FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, with no minimum purchase required.

All applicable duties and taxes are included in your order total for every destination, with no additional duties or taxes payable on delivery.

Each KOORELOO bag is made to order in Greece, with production usually taking 1–3 business days. Orders are then dispatched by express courier.

Orders usually arrive within 5 business days of being placed, although timing may vary by destination and workload. For a delivery estimate before ordering, please contact our Concierge.

RETURNS

We hope you are delighted with the products you purchase from us, but if, for any reason you want to return anything, we have a simple procedure.

Your right to cancel/return an order starts when the order is placed and ends 20 calendar days after you have received your goods. Notify us in writing, or email us at info@kooreloo.com. If you have notified us of the intent to return goods within this 20 day period, you have a further 20 days from the date of cancellation to return any items. Returns arriving after this 20-day period may or may not be accepted at our discretion.

We will accept returned items for a refund or exchange so long as they are in an unworn resaleable condition.

Simply ensure that they are well-packaged, as we cannot be liable for any returned items damaged in transit, and enclose a copy of your order confirmation with a clear indication of whether you would like a refund or exchange. Please note: The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you package your items well and use a signed for service to return them to reduce the risk of damage or loss in transit. Always keep a copy of your proof of postage.

We highly recommend that you communicate with us prior to any return as we may be able to assist in coordinating the return with our Courier Providers.

All refunds will be made to the card/payment method used at the time of purchase, or via other payment means, if you instruct us accordingly.

We will issue a full refund for the goods upon receipt, excluding both ways' shipping costs and excluding the exchange value in the event of an exchange.

Only products purchased from our online shop (www.kooreloo.com) should be returned to the address above. Products purchased from anywhere else should be returned back to the original place of purchase.
